buying this car should i buy it or is it to much were can i get better deal then ? i want a del sol...?

l am planning on buying this del sol its a 93 with about 150k miles on it

and after getting it to me its about 3k. it has the following done to

GOOD DEAL OR NOT WERE CAN l GET A BETTER ONE?

no way,maybe 1500 or 2000 because of the rims,which is mainly

that.My husband bought a car almost like that but it had a nice paint job  
& it had about the same mileage & notheing wrong with it & he only paid
